Due to the digital nature of our services and products, all sales are considered final once processed. Renewals, upgrades, and ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2) Service Activation & Renewals

Renewals: Once a subscription or license renewal has been charged, it is non-refundable.

Service activation: Once digital access, delivery, or provisioning has begun, fees are non-refundable.
3) Exceptions (at our discretion only)
In rare cases, we may issue a resolution if:

The service delivered is materially different from the description at the time of purchase; or

The service is not functioning as intended, and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved by our support team.
Where such cases are validated:

Remedies may include technical support, service adjustments, service credits, or alternate access.

Monetary refunds are not the default resolution and may only be granted at our sole discretion or where required by law.
4) Refund Method & Timeline
If a monetary refund is approved:

It will be credited back to the original payment method only.

Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5) Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks are treated as a violation of our Terms of Service.

We dispute all chargebacks with reference to this Refund Policy and our transaction/delivery logs.

Accounts involved in chargebacks may be suspended or permanently restricted from further use of our services.
6) How to Request Support
If you believe your case qualifies for review:
